When the mileage gets as much as the 18s, 19s as well as 20s I begin believing of runs as work instead of fun. I truly take pleasure in weekend long runs of 13 miles or so, however when it gets past that – I dread them.

I truly dislike this since I like running. I have never “made myself” run – I do it since I want to as well as I take pleasure in it ? as well as that’s exactly how it must be!

My hands as well as cheeks were freezing on the run today. That chilly wind cuts ideal with you! I ended up cutting it short at 14.5 miles. Ben ditched me so I have the whole day to myself. I kinda want to just stay in as well as enjoy trashy TV, however today is so quite (even if it is cold!) as well as tomorrow is going to be stormy so I feel like I must get out!!
